" ZZ Top’s 1983 classic is spit-shined and polished to perfection with a CD+DVD Collector’s Edition featuring previously unreleased bonus audio plus videos and TV rarities!
ZZ Top’s 1983 masterpiece Eliminator illustrates their cultural evolution – fired up with boogie and synths, the disc was both timeless Top and perfectly of-themoment. It hit #9 in Billboard®, remained on the Hot 100 for three years and was one of the first albums to be certified Diamond by the RIAA for sales of over 10 million. At the first-ever MTV Video Music Awards in 1984, “Legs” took Best Group Video and “Sharp Dressed Man” won Best Direction. As this classic album hits its 25-year mark, Rhino pays its respects with a Texas-sized CD+DVD Collector’s Edition.

• Audio CD features the original album, plus rare and previously unreleased bonus tracks, including original version of their smash hit “Legs” which appeared only on the first pressings of the album, subsequently replaced with the very different radio edit. This special version has remained unavailable ever since. Also included is the radio single of the song, as well as the 12” Dance Mix of the bands most popular song.

• Additional audio bonus gems including live versions of “Gimme All Your Lovin,” “Sharp Dressed Man,” “I Got The Six,” “TV Dinners,” and “Got Me Under Pressure” recorded in November of 1983 and all previously unreleased.

• DVD Disc 2 features all four album videos: the VMA-winning “Legs” and “Sharp Dressed Man” plus “Gimme All Your Lovin,” and “TV Diners.” Plus four songs played live on the UK’s The Tube in November ’83 including three Eliminator classics and El Loco’s “Tube Snake Boogie.” This live video footage is all previously unreleased. " Kraftwerk and The Electronic Revolution
Documentary featuring rare performances and photographs, obscure footage, exclusive interviews and more.

As innovative as they are influential, Kraftwerk's contribution to the development of electronic music since their formation in 1970 remains unsurpassed. Having inspired everyone from Bowie to Coldplay, Siouxsie to Radiohead, this bizarre collective have also proven partly responsible for entire genres to develop - electronica, techno and synth-pop to name but three. This DVD reviews the career and music of Kraftwerk, from their inception in the late 1960s (as pre-Kraftwerk ensemble Organization), through their most celebrated period in the mid 1970s, and culminating with their resurgence during the 1980s with the popularity of synth-pop and techno. The film further explores how Kraftwerk both fitted in and pulled away from the electronic wing of what is often lazily referred to as 'Krautrock'. Sparing time also for many of the groups' contemporaries from the same field, and tracing the unfolding of electronics in German contemporary music generally, this program presents a fascinating story previously untold on film. It features rarely seen live and performance footage of Kraftwerk and of other Electronic and 'Krautrock' bands - much from private collections, rare photographs of Kraftwerk and others, exclusive and extensive Interviews with ex-Kraftwerk members and other German ambient and electronic musicians, contributions and enlightenment from German academics, writers and journalists, live and studio recordings of many of Kraftwerk's pivotal tracks, plus live and studio recordings of many other bands form the 'Krautrock' movement.

" A rare performance from 1987 featuring the band with Walter Trout and Coco Montoya.

This DVD was filmed at Iowa State University circa 1987 and features John Mayall's Bluesbreakers including Walter Trout (Guitar), Coco Montoya (Guitar), Paul Hines (Drums), and Bobby Haynes (Bass). John Mayall is widely acknowledged as the father of British blues having baptized a whole generation of white, British musicians and an audience who might otherwise never have discovered the blues. Apart from having discovered - in Eric Clapton, Peter Green, and Mick Taylor - three of the most acclaimed guitarists of the rock era, his "blues school" fostered the talents of a roster of artists who have since profoundly influenced the course of Rock 'n' Roll. Mayall's new incarnation of the Bluesbreakers, officially launched in 1984, included future stars in their own right, guitarists Coco Montoya and Walter Trout and quickly proved to be as innovative and technically gifted as their peers. This DVD brilliantly documents their abundant ability.
